SALARY POLICY 2026-2027: insufficient… at the same level as 2025,
yet, Airbus Group is doing better and better!

Management’s initial proposal:
The CFDT union expressed its disappointment: the proposals meet neither the expectations nor the commitment of the employees!

The CFDT union is demanding an overall budget commensurate with Airbus’s position as a leader in the aerospace sector: higher than last year’s.
The CFDT union is also requesting the following for 2026-2027:
- An implementation date of July 1st, 2026
- A general salary increase for all employees, covering the return of inflation
- An individual salary increase:
- with a high distribution rate (≥85% of all employees),
- for employees who did not receive salary increase in 2025,
- for employees earning below the minimum wage
- A commitment from Management to distribute the entire budget with an equal distribution rate for senior and non-senior employees
